MENTAL HEALTH: DEVELOPING A POSITIVE WORKPLACE

The aim of this programme is to examine the workplace cultures and to develop knowledge, skills and attitudinal behaviours that enable employees who are experiencing mental health to work in a productive and effective manner and enables managers to develop workplace cultures that promote understanding and caring when dealing with employees.  The benefits arising from this learning will impact on all staff and not only those with mental health issues 

Duration: This programme is ordinarily a two day event
