MANAGING MENTAL HEALTH

We aim in this programme to equip managers, executives and organisations with the essential knowledge, skills and attitudinal behaviours required in the management of those staff who potentially have a mental health issue and bring added value to all management applications in the workplace.  Your participants in this programme will:

• Understand why, as managers and organisations, we need to do this. 
• Understand the business symptoms and signals which indicate the need for intervention
• Understand how to 'build the team'.
• Learn the importance of setting expectations
• Learn how to understand our people better
• Identify team characteristics which build strong effective teams
• Understand the importance of Emotional Intelligence and the role of effective communication in your management of the team

DURATION: This programme is ordinarily a two day event
