We are pleased to be able to say that we are able to offer a complete mental health learning and development service that we term "The Whole Approach'. This service marries the three modules of our mental health learning into one 5 day package that enables participants to fully understand mental health issues, how to manage those dealing with mental health issues, improve communications and team strength, how to build resilience in the management of these difficult situations and how to build and embed working practices in the workplace that enable mental health understanding and builds safe and supportive environments for staff. In addition we are able to offer advice and consultancy services in respect of a range of mental health management.
Duration: This programme will ordinarily be delivered over a five day period
